Curate is excited to announce our Gold Medal for the 2023: Best of the Capital for Specialty Cocktails

The owners of VELE, a modern Italian restaurant located in downtown Springfield, have announced plans to open a second restaurant in the Gables Shopping Center. 

This is a new restaurant that seeks to select — or curate — food and wine combinations from around the world. The interior is modern and cozy, and the service was great.
